Evaluation of the therapeutic effectiveness of the combined use of the drugs «Carprofen» and «Sedatin» in veterinary medicine

The article describes a new method of combined use medicines in order to reduce the side effect nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on mucous membrane gastrointestinal tract. most effective is observed gastric pathology - gastritis, various etiologies, due difficulty replacing from NSAID group with any other. A decrease hepatotoxic was established, which manifested by AsAT 1,32 and 1,08 times groups 1 2, respectively, AlAT 1,66 times, respectively; an increase level total protein 6,93 % animals receiving Carprofen + Sedatin (group 2) dosage form transbuccal film.
