ABSTRACT
The absorption of the minerals produced by probiotics in ruminants is expected to improve required nutrients. The study used different dietary rations with percentage concentrates: forages, selenium doses, locations and strains lactic acid bacteria as probiotics. The trials were performed three repetitions using a factorial block (2x2x3x4).Samples incubated for 48 h vitro incubation system. The parameters pH, kinetics gas production, dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), organic (IVOMD), NH3-N concentration. The data analyzed ANOVA, followed Duncan test. The results showed altered fermentation characteristics, while BioNano-Se at 25 ppm has significantly increased rumen production rate, IVDMD, IVOMD decreased total significantly, but did not affect ammonia concentration.High concentrate (R1) produces lower pH (P < 0.05), higher rate 0.05).Higher dose 0.05).In conclusion, can alter process.
