ABSTRACT
Purpose: This study evaluated changes in selected spatiotemporal and kinematic gait parameters balance girls with Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) without the Chêneau brace. Methods: 15 subjects wearing brace an equal comparative control group underwent objective analysis 3D BTS motion caption system. Balance assessment was done Kistler platform. The performed at comparison of patients two conditions: during study. Results: Statistically significant differences occurred many both for AIS as compared to group. When comparing adolescents brace, statistically were noted COP-X amplitude path length trials closed eyes. Compared following significant: value COP-Y trial eyes, Equivalent area COP eyes Conclusions: juvenile affects level parameters.
