ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between career preparation behavior types Meister High School students and their labor market outcomes after graduation, thereby illuminating characteristics transition effectiveness education. Career factors were identified, latent profile derived based on level each factor's implementation. Differences in across these then analyzed. main findings are as follows: First, behaviors categorized into three components: exploration, skill development, acquiring employment requirements. Students tended focus more aligning well with objectives Second, four distinct identified: (Type 1) systematic emphasis, 2) development 3) general 4) emphasis exploration specialized development. Third, significant differences observed outcomes—including wage levels, company size, job satisfaction, work environment satisfaction—based types. Specifically, who demonstrated strong or balanced activities exhibited better outcomes, implying that combined skills foundational competencies supports long-term success.
