ABSTRACT
Carbon dioxide (CO2) absorption and capture is an effective measure to achieve the "dual carbon" goal of carbon peak neutrality in China. Organic amine compounds are widely used industrial separation recovery CO2. Thus, establishment analytical methods for organic great significance research development storage (CCS) technology capture, utilization (CCUS) technology. In this study, a method was developed determination nine CO2 liquid by hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC)-electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry. The sample diluted with water filtered through 0.22 μm nylon membrane before sampling analysis. An Accucore HILIC column (100 mm×2.1 mm, 2.6 μm) at 30 ℃. Gradient elution conducted using 90% acetonitrile aqueous solution containing 5 mmol/L ammonium formate 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase A 10% B. Determination performed electrospray ion source (ESI) positive mode. quantitative analysis carried out standard addition method. chromatographic retention performance different columns influence phases on were compared, validated. results showed that linear ranges 0.04-25000 ng/mL correlation coefficients (R2) greater than 0.9910. limits detection (LODs) range 0.0004-0.0080 ng/mL, quantification (LOQs) 0.0035-0.0400 ng/mL. average recoveries ranged from 85.30% 104.26% relative deviations (RSDs) 0.04%-7.95% spiked levels 1, 1.5 3 times concentration. established applied detect waste cement plant, could be effectively detected. stability actual tested, RSDs 0.10%-6.35% 48 h 4 sensitive, rapid accurate water.
