ABSTRACT
Introduction. CD4+ T-helper has an important role in immune system modulation especially to maintain long-term anti tumor effect. also serves activate CD8+ for destroyed the cells. It was expected there were of immunity on growth and response breast cancer chemotherapy levels serum. Furthermore, this study aimed investigate effects neoadjuvant patients with locally advanced at General Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.
 Method. This a non-comparable clinical trial by looking serum before after chemotherapy.
 
 Results. Of 30 subjects subject age ranged from 33-66 years average 45 years. There 17 contraception history (56.7%), 13 family (43.3%). From study, it obtained 23 good (76.7%) 7 who had poor neoadjuvan (23.3%). Paired t-test analysis showed that significant difference mean count chemotherapy. At level 775.55 sensitivity 60% specificity 57% (cut point). While 470.85 57%.
 Conclusion. pre-chemotherapy examination score predicting response.
