Abstract
 Introduction: Modified radical mastectomy (MRM) is a breast cancer treatment option that still operable. One of the postoperative complications can be found formation seroma. High negative suction drain done to treat seroma after surgery but it contribute increase length stay in hospital.
 Methods: This study was clinical randomized control trial (cRCT) conducted on 30 patients June - July 2019 at Moehammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. divided two sample groups, each group consisting 15 patients. given half pressure (experimental group) and other used full (control group).
 Results: There significant difference (p <0.005) between groups where there were more events vacuum 9 (60%) cases 2 (30%) no differences long period (p> 0.005).
 Conclusion: Half effective treating than pressure.
