Comparison of Scar Modified Radical Mastectomy Surgery Using Songket Technique and Standard Technique at Mohammad Hoesin Hospital in Palembang

Abstract
 Introduction. Lateral ear dogs and loss of anterior axillary fold are side effects modified radical mastectomy (MRM) operations cosmetically unpleasant. Songket technique is expected to reduce the MRM surgery. This study compared Modified Radical Mastectomy surgery scar using standard techniques.
 Methods. research a clinical randomized trial. With chest thoracic data postoperative patients assessed by patient's family medical professionals likert scale on wound length, width, angle armpit folding. was performed in Department Surgery Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang from January 2020 April 2020.
 Result. A total 32 subjects participated with average Likert score assessments between groups p values ​​of 0.605 0.984, respectively.
 Conclusion. There no difference comparison techniques at Palembang.
