ABSTRACT
The paper shows the importance of designing an ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) plastic part which will be produced using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology; it is obtained a product with same characteristics provided by operating guide book. Thus, this solution combines both capacity designer as well applied technology and can produce similar or improved components, at time maintaining functional work piece. This plea for application 3D printing manufacturing components (spare parts) out production, because technological systems users no longer have other solutions available replacing outworn parts. fast option modeling, simulation being shorter than purchase new subassembly assembly that has been remanufactured modernized.
