Case Study Regarding the Variation of the Qualitative Parameters of Wastewater

Romania is making efforts in order to enforce the Directive concerning urban waste water treatment and was left behind by other member states. Starting from premise that lack of a proper wastewater can negatively influence quality emissary which they are discharged., we proposed this paper analyze main indicators quality, identifying also causes pollution. For purpose, followed variation five representative Calarasi Wastewater Treatment Plan: chemical oxygen consumption, biochemical total nitrogen, phosphorus, suspended solids. The best results purification were observed regarding consumption (over 95%). low temperature at entrance Plant during winter leads difficult exploitation biological step implicitly increase phosphorus nitrogen concentration effluent, means weak process eutrophication emissary.
