Free movement of patients is a core condition the functioning European free market rules in health’s case. Nowadays, uniformizing practices and policies across Europe patient’s rights access to medical care, based on EU norms,are important steps generating greater convergence better opportunities for citizens. In this context cross-border healthcare becomes cornerstone ensuring citizens health especially if they cannot find suitable at home. Romania more than 650 cases E112/S2 forms are approved every year, various diagnostic category. From all cases, we followed particular ones regarding diseases disorders circulatory system with special emphasis septal defect treatment abroad. our findings, from E112/S2forms most them concern system, and, this,a significant part, procedures correcting defects.
