ABSTRACT
In this paper, an analysis and design of a new active rectifier used for wireless power transfer applications using 90 nm CMOS technology are presented. The proposed architecture the has mainly been chosen to improve VCE PCE also eliminate need large on-chip capacitors. circuits drop needed conduction by replacing diode-connected nMOS devices with others controlled circuit. designed, simulated, laid out Cadence Virtuoso TSMC 90nm technology. input range is 0–5 V, output voltage 2.14 values 82.9% 86.2%, respectively. layout utilizes compact space 0.0597 mm2 within
