Generation Z (Gen Z) occupies 20% of the workforce so it can be said that Gen will dominate in a short time. Due to characteristics environment and Z, is more prone experiencing decline well-being problem must handled properly. Therefore, purpose this study was evaluate Z's assessment, factors influence consequences face. This used qualitative method using questionnaires interviews. Respondents from amounted 25 people Indonesia. concludes Well-being score still quite low influenced by several internal such as self-confidence lifestyle, besides there are also external family, work, presence COVID-19.
