ABSTRACT
A study was conducted in order to expand the knowledge base on mechanisms of influence refractory compounds weld pool modification metal structure.Results experiments inoculation TiN, SiC, NbC, VC, TiC, TiO 2 , Al O 3 MgO, ZrO dispersed particles liquid are given.Possibility inoculants as melt «microcoolants», centers for epitaxial initiation a new phase and surface-active dendritic structure welds analyzed.It is shown that under conditions welding low-alloyed steels by flux-cored wire «metal core» type shielding gas atmosphere, compounds, inoculated pool, most actively modifying primary structure, compounds.It established change dendrite morphology influences temperature range recrystallization process, formation secondary microstructure mechanical properties welds.10 Ref., 5 Tables, 8 Figures.
