ABSTRACT
the technological and structural properties of spherical granules peculiarities their production processes using industrial technologies gas atomization, plasma rotating electrode process plasma-arc atomization neutral current-carrying wires rods are considered.It was found that among considered methods obtaining granules, most promising in terms productivity, energy efficiency simplicity equipment used is method which, due to presence a large number parameters process, allows adjusting particles size distribution wide range.experimental studies have shown distribution, shape factor from titanium alloys stainless steel obtained by wire materials at e.O.paton electric Welding Institute nas ukraine, together with llc r&D plaZer center, level best foreign analogues.a direction increasing productivity for additive manufacturing granule metallurgy technology diameter more than 50 mm reverse polarity trons hollow copper anode proposed.
