ABSTRACT
We describe an 87-year-old woman with a large ileal gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) causing hemoperitoneum.A CT scan demonstrated heterogeneous mass measuring about 13 cm × 11 in the pelvis and hemoperitoneum, non-uniform enhancement pattern.The was diagnosed as GIST originating from tract.She underwent urgent laparotomy rupture found 130 anal to Treitz's ligament.Hemoperitoneum caused by is rare condition.Bleeding leading of capsule might cause hemoperitoneum present case.
