ABSTRACT
AIM:To investigate the expression frequency of endocan in colorectal cancer and analyze relationship between clinical parameters to study role carcinogenesis.METHODS: Expression 72 tumor tissue samples as well 27 normal mucous membrane was analyzed using situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry on microarray, Western blot reverse-transcript polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).RESULTS: The higher colon rectum than cancerous (mRNA = 92.6%,protein 36%), lower 70.4%,protein 36.1%).No correlation found staining intensity such sex, age, size TNM stage. However, positively correlated with differentiation cancer. CONCLUSION:The is downregulated cancer, suggesting that associated development
