ABSTRACT
Background: High levels of fibrinogen will increase the blood viscosity. Pulsatility index parameter intranscranial doppler can measure vessel resistance which influence by cerebral flow velocityand This study has aim to find correlation between with PI in acute thromboticstroke patient.Method: A cross sectional design was used this study. The samples were patient ischemic strokein neurological ward Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya from January 2019 December 2020. Fibrinogenlevel measured using clauss method. calculated peak systolic velocity, end diastolic mean middle artery.Result: involved 32 consisted 22 males and 10 females. Mean age subjects was55.37 ± 10.55. level is 356.95 139.57. MCA 1.03 ±0.34. There positivecorrelation weak strength thrombotic strokepatients statistically significant (p=0.024, r=0.398).Conclusion: a positive thromboticstroke.
