ABSTRACT
To analyze the mean population intake of salt in Chinese adults 2010-2012.Data were from Nutrition and Health Surveillance 2010-2012. The samples selected through method probability proportion to size (PPS). study objects 55 531 aged 18 over 150 sites 31 provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities China. information oil, other condiments for household was 3 d food weighed record. average individuals calculated based on energy percentage one family. results presented level (x ± Sx) by analyzing different demography characteristics. using complex weighting data National Bureau Statistics 2009.The (9.6 0.3) g/d it higher men ((10.4 0.4) g/d) than that women ((8.8 g/d). age group 40-49, 50-59 60-69 (9.9 0.5) g/d, (10.3 respectively. rural ((10.2 had a urban ((9.0 An increased gradually big city ((7.9 g/d), medium /small ((9.2 0.6) , general ((9.9 poor ((10.8 0.7)g/d).The among still very high level. Something should be done reduce government policy-makers.
