ABSTRACT
To analyze the consumption of fruits and vegetables Chinese adults.Data were collected from 2010-2012 China National Nutrition Health Surveillance. Information on was by using 24 h recall method for 3 consecutive days. Using multi-stage stratified cluster randomization sampling method. The participants selected more than 18 years old 150 counties 31 provinces in China. Age sex standardization performed based 2009 population published Statistics Bureau. average or after weight adjustment complex reported to adults (x ± Sx).The daily consumptions residents (255 6) (36 3)g/d, respectively. total (291 7)g/d, (295 8)g/d male, (286 7)g/d female. Rates intake during three survey days 99.0%-99.8%.Rates urban rural 36.9%-51.5% 21.3%-30.3%,respectively.The proportion people whose amount reached 400 g/d 24%-28% 13%-23% areas, In dietary guidelines recommended level 22%-26% 14%-19% vegetables, 2%-5% 1%-2% fruit, respectively.The inadequate adults.
