ABSTRACT
Getting medical treatment is still difficult and expensive in western China. Improving the equity of basic health services one tasks new healthcare reform This study aimed to analyze parallel vertical service utilization urban residents then find its influencing factors.In August 2011, a household survey was conducted at 18 communities Baoji City by multi-stage stratified random sampling. Based on data, we calculated concentration index for different income difference ages. We investigated factors employing Logistic regression model log-linear model.The two-week morbidity rate sampled 19.43%, chronic diseases 21.68%, required hospitalization after diagnosis 11.36%. Among out-patient utilization, rate, number out-patients, expense had good equity, while compensation poor equity. The inpatient inpatients, days stayed hospital, While inpatients expense, inequity.Urban residents' low level there not utilization. There existed rather expense. quite poor. Income type insurance great effects
