ABSTRACT
To investigate the imaging features of uterine leiomyomas with different pathological subtypes on DWI.Clinical records and MR images pathologically confirmed were retrospectively collected from Second Affiliated Hospital Wenzhou Medical University June 2012 to April 2015. A total 60 found evaluated. All patients divided into three groups according types, which included 17 cases cellular leiomyomas, 10 degenerated 33 ordinary leiomyomas. The DWI signal ADC values in portion lesions adjacent normal myometrium (the control group) measured.(1) Most showed hyperintensity (15/17), while manifested hypointensity, isointensity or DWI, most displayed (57.6%, 19/33). (2) The (1.01±0.14)×10(-3) mm(2)/s, (1.73±0.49)×10(-3) mm(2)/s (1.38±0.22)×10(-3) respectively. The (1.35±0.16)×10(-3) mm(2)/s.There no significant statistical differences between (P=0.623). There among other groups(all P<0.05). (3)The ROC curve that diagnostic threshold for was 1.11×10(-3) sensitivity specificity 88.2%and 93.0% intensity are subtypes.Combination these two parameters clinical practice may be helpful reflect histopathological characteristics leiomyomas.
