Objective To investigate the expressions of survivin and Ki67 in cutaneous extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type their significance.Methods Clinical data laboratory test results were collected from 15 cases with skin lesions as initial manifestation.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to measure expression tissue sections these patients.To determine percentage survivin-or Ki67-positive cells,200 tumor cells counted a high power field (HPF) 5 HPFs observed 1 section.Results There 10 males females among patients,with median age at diagnosis being 28.7 (range:9-62) years.Immunohistochemical study showed that lesional positive for CD56 9 cases,CD3e 13 cases,T cell intracellular antigen (TIA)-1 cases,granzyme B cases,CD3 2 cases,βF1 case,but negative CD4,CD5,CD8,CD20,and CD79α.All or T-cell associated antigens (CD2,CD7 CD45RO).CD30 large 3 cases.Monoclonal TCR-γ gene rearrangement found 14 cases.In situ hybridization EBER1/2 all cases.Survivin expressed 73.3％ (11/15) 100％ (14/14,note:a section unavailable because detachment slide) specimens respectively,with average 23.97％ ± 18.35％ 41.20％ 19.52％ Ki67,respectively.Statistical differences Ki67-expressing between 0-2 mitotic figures per those more than 6 (25.27％ 12.96％ vs.58.23％ 16.02％,F =19.14,P =0.001).No correlation type.Conclusion The may play role occurrence development type.
