ABSTRACT
Objective To study the abdominal CT findings of penicilliesis marneffei in patients with AIDS.Methods Abdominal imaging features mameffei 35 acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) were retrospectively analyzed.Results lymph adenopathy was observed 27 (77.1%) cases.Hepatosplenomegaly 18 (51.4%) cases.Lesions liver and spleen found 11 (31.4%) cases which included 3 low density nodules (8.6%) 5 (14.3%).5 diffuse (14.3%) heterogeneous enhancement .Thickening intestinal wall (8.6%). Ascites 4 (11.4%).Pancreatitis 1 case(2.9%).Conclusions Penicilliosis AIDS usually involves multiple organs abdomen.Abdominal lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly parenchymai lesions are most common abdomen.
