Fixed, embedded, sliced HE staining morphological changes retina detect mean OD value IGF-1 AQP-4. Results The expression in enhanced significantly 1 day, 3 days 7days injury (P <0.05) began decrease at 14th day.The expressions obvious than that time point there significant difference between two <0.05). The AQP-4 increase reached highest level third 7th closed 28th day. Except positive first 3rd lower control. Conclusions The retinal tissue is it increases incomplete nerve. participate process Progesterone can promote regeneration repair cell.
