ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole and innocent in treatment peptic ulcer complicating hemorrhage.
Methods
100 patients with hemorrhage treated at our hospital from June, 2013 to 2014 were selected; among which, 92 cases infected by helicobacter pylori set as a control group symptomatically omeprazole. Another 100 July, December, 2015 89 an observation innocent. The effects two groups observed.
Results
The total effective rate was 89.9% 67.4% group, statistical difference (P 0.05).
Conclusions
Innocent can effectively inhibit secretion gastric acid clear is safe more than omeprazole.
