The application of bilobed flap in the repair of facial skin defects

Objective To observe the effect of bilobed flap repair on facial skin defects in improving efficiency surgery and reducing incidence adverse events.

Methods The clinical data 26 patients with treated from February 2013 to December 2017 were selected, who repair. Then observed effect, postoperative recovery satisfaction.

Results After one month follow-up, excellent good rate was 92.31% (24/26), whom 18 cases (69.23%), 6 (23.08%), 2 poor (7.69%). All incisions healed by first intention all patients. The flaps survived blood supply. There 1 case infection hematoma, without complications such as necrosis, obvious scars, or tumor metastasis recurrence. complication 7.69% (2/26). total satisfaction 96.15% (25/26), 20 satisfactory, 5 general, not satisfactory.

Conclusions The application is effective defects, can improve quality. are well restored after operation, few high patient satisfaction, worthy promotion.
