ABSTRACT
To study the expression levels of annexin A1 (ANXA1), GATA-3, and T-bet in T lymphocytes peripheral blood burned mice with sepsis at early stage, to analyze their immune regulatory mechanisms.Seven-hundred eighty male clean grade were divided into sham injury group (n=60, injured on back by immersing 37 ℃ warm water for 10 s), burn (n=240, inflicted 20% TBSA deep partial- thickness 100 hot intraperitoneally injected 6 mg/kg lipopolysaccharide), burn+ (n=240) according random number table. Mice treated as that first, then they group.
