ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the change of fibrous capsular thickness around expander,and to explore effect chitosan on thickness,in order find a useful approach diminish elastic shrinkage.Methods Two animal models (expander group and control group) were set up,in which expandor was embedded with or without interfere,15 animals each group.Tissues expander sampled stained HE in experimental animals.15 pieces campus visualis randomly selected group,and then capsules measured by use microscale,and variability data obtained two groups.The shrinkage rates full flap also calculated computer image analysis system.Results The capsule treated (516.000±128.491)μm,that (833.000±227.379)μm,and difference between groups had statistic significance (P<0.05).The rate (43.371±7.312)%,that (45.637±6.613)%,and significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Chitosan interferes formation expander,so that its is thinned recovery weaken.
