Investigation of the classroom-teaching quality of double-qualified part-time nursing teachers under the hospital-school cooperation model

ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the classroom-teaching quality of double-qualified part-time nursing teachers under hospital-school cooperation model to provide evidence for targeted training. Methods The teaching-quality evaluation scale was formulated on basis reviewing relevant literature. And 13 who were in charge teaching Basic Nursing course talents-training program our college evaluated. Epidata version 3.1 used collect and manage data SPSS 23.0 applied analyze collected data. Results A total 390 form issued, 371 pieces back, 367 valid copies. The overall high, there no difference between with different professional titles (P> 0.05). However, average scores grasping knowledge inner link (3.71±0.78), culturing abilities students (3.68±1.07) approaches (3.92±0.80) lower than that other items. Conclusion The high model. aspects link, need be improved. Therefore, special training these deficiencies is needed improve capacity teachers.
