Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic hiatal hernia

ABSTRACT
Objective
To explore the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation in perioperative nursing patients who received total laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and analyze specific methods practice.
Methods
Totally 236 between June 2012 2016 were selected by purposive sampling method divided into control group intervention using random function method, with 118 each group. Patients routine nursing, while based on concept rehabilitation, namely, health education related to diseases operations before operation, reduction in-dwelling urethral catheter, temperature humidity control, infusion warming, warmth retention human body volume during operation as well early ambulation, removing stomach tubes, preventive use thrombus therapeutic instrument other measures for after operation. The differences time anal exhaust, first feeding, postoperative morbidity, hospitalization expenses two groups compared.
Results
The proportion ambulation within 24 hours surgery was 93.22%, which higher than that (40.68%) (χ2=73.611, P<0.01) ; exhaust feeding [ (19.5±4.70) , (21.9±2.2) (23.6±3.1) ] group, they shorter those (26.8±3.6) (26.5±1.8) (28.9±4.3) (t=13.394, 17.579, 10.861; incidence rate complications 2.54%, lower (18.64%) (χ2=16.151, P<0.05) (5.6±2.1) days (28 772.9±1890.1) yuan, (7.8±1.8) days, (30 011.7±2113.4) yuan] (t=8.640, 4.746; .
Conclusions
The application enables ambulate earlier, reduce accelerate recovery intestinal functions operation.
