Cause analysis and countermeasure of the implementation of basic nursing by practice nursing students

Objective To explore the factors affecting implementation of basic nursing by practice students and countermeasures.

Methods By cluster sampling, from November to December 2015, 119 Xiangtan Medicine & Health Vocational College who had completed their 10-month in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital, were selected as objects surveyed a self-designed questionnaire about causes countermeasures among students.

Results The students' negative attitude was most important cause nursing, which accounted for 0.861 original variable; allocating staff more reasonably, establishing an incentive mechanism overcome occupation burnout, promoting humanistic care concerning psychological needs significant each accounting 0.719, 0.660 0.613 variables.

Conclusions Nursing educators should strengthen guidance students, help them be aware change attitude, allocate establish pay attention needs.
