ABSTRACT
Objective To discuss the operation effect of arthroscopic treatment tibial intercondylar eminence fracture using metal hollow screw.Methods Twenty-six patients with were treated by fixation screw,and postoperative functional exercise directed.Results All operated successfully and followed up for 6 to 36 months an average 12 months.All cases healed after 3 on part.According knee joint Score which was used evaluate curative effect,the score 92.3.One case kneebend limited one Lachman test weak positive.Conclusions Arthroscopic screw is safe,simple effective,which can deal other injury at same time,and restore function effectively.
