ABSTRACT
Objective
To study the value of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis heart rate turbulence patients with chronic congestive failure.
Methods
Sixty-five failure were selected and compared 40 cases control group same period. The two groups all detected ECG BNP measured by echocardiography, LVEF level LVEDD analyzed.
Results
The levels TO, BNP, LVDED[(1.33±1.40)%, (625.25±512.32)pg/ml, (62.58±8.35)mm] significantly higher than those group[(-0.83±1.02)%, (59.36±31.28)pg/ml, (50.06±8.68)mm], differences significant(P<0.05), TS, LVEF[(1.45±1.40)ms/RRI, (40.53±9.36)%] lower [(7.65±5.60)ms/RRI, (65.63±6.35)%], significant(P<0.05). With cardiac function increased, LVDED increased (P<0.05), TS reduced (P<0.05). normal TO abnormal TS(P<0.05), was that TS. positively correlated (r=0.32, 0.13, P<0.05), negatively (r=-0.24, LVEF, (r=-0.72, -0.04, -0.27, P<0.05).
Conclusions
The is closely function, which may indicate severity injury, as index for judge prognosis failure.
