Problem construction in thoracic surgery clinical probation

Problem-based learning ( PBL ) has become the major teaching method to cultivate medical student's autonomous and their ability solve problems.It's basic elements are scene authenticity problem construction.Thoratic surgery clinical probation is most important part of teaching.The author summerized analysized experience in thoratic had some new understanding on construction,and therefore made exploration improvement it got good effect.
