ABSTRACT
Objective To study the glycomacropeptide (GMP) content of human milk in different puerperal stages parts China, and to provide evidence optimize component artificial formula. Methods Five hundred ninety-four cases puerperas from Guangzhou, Shanghai Jingjiang regions were selected divided into 18 groups by regions, gestational age (preterm, full term) ages (colostrum, transitional mature milk). Five mL front was collected each puerpera. The processed rennet enzyme other steps, then sialic acid (SA) detected, GMP represented SA content. Results Best conditions for enzymolysis were: concentration 0.25 g/L, hydrolysis time 120 min.SA colostrums (195 cases), (185 cases) (214 respectively (1 531.53±256.72) mg/L, 423.15±198.33) mg/L 153.04±210.19)mg/L, there significant difference among three groups(F=157.010, P 0.05). Conclusions Along with transition colostrum milk, levels breast mike declined. The highest level colostrum.GMP preterm higher than full-term it's beneficial feed neonates late preterm. There is less impact on regions. Key words: Glycomacropeptide; Breast milk; Sialic
