ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the distribution of hip rotational center on normal bilateral radiographs and to determine variation in center. Methods From June 2013 December 2013, 200 AP hips PACS China-Japan Friendship Hospital were reviewed. The height horizontal distance acetabular measured relation inferior edge teardrop evaluate difference between right left centers, range of±SD×2 which was defined as 95% variation. Intraclass correlation coefficient ( ICC) used intraobserver interobserver reliability. Results All data line with distribution. ICC reliability excellent agreement. value (14.6±2.32)mm(range 6.2-20.9 mm) (33.1±3.33)mm(range 25.0-44.5 mm), respectively. There no significant height(t=1.596, P>0.05), but greater than that center(t=2.634, P<0.05). standard deviation differences centers 1.69 mm 1.54 mm, So it regarded one relative contralateral if 3.38 (1.69 mm×2) 3.08 mm(1.54 them respectively. Conclusions The study preliminarily distributing characteristics Chinese adult population, has a certain for guiding preoperative templating, postoperative assessment cup position radiograph THA, well.
