ABSTRACT
The self-organization of C60 fullerene and cisplatin in aqueous solution was investigated using the computer simulation, dynamic light scattering atomic force microscopy techniques. results evidence complexation between two compounds. genotoxicity С60 fullerene, Cis their complex evaluated vitro with comet assay human resting lymphocytes after blast transformation. cytotoxicity mentioned compounds estimated by Annexin V/PI double staining followed flow cytometry. clearly demonstrate that water-soluble nanoparticles (0.1 mg/mL) do not induce DNA strand breaks normal transformed cells. mixture does influence genotoxic activity vitro, affects cell-death mode treated reduces fraction necrotic
