ABSTRACT
Knowledge sharing is the fundamental measure through which knowledge workers can significantly contribute to innovation and eventually competitive advantage of organization. Drawing upon knowledge-based view firms, present study aims examine moderating role on relationship between HRM practices workers’ retention in healthcare sector.
