ABSTRACT
The growing need for skilled personnel within the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) has highlighted importance of developing innovative and resource-efficient training tools. This project aimed to design construct a prototype electric load simulator using recycled materials address demand supplementary methods. methodology included selecting integrating reused components, followed by rigorous testing validate simulator's functionality under laboratory conditions. project's scope extended practical application in session, which demonstrated its effectiveness enhancing staff understanding electrical systems. results indicate that this approach can significantly contribute optimizing programs CFE.
