ABSTRACT
Summary. The effectiveness of treatment experimental purulent wounds with the simultaneous use copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) and low-frequency ultrasound (US) was investigated. Aim. To study CuNPs under conditions ultrasonic cavitation. Materials methods. performed on an model 36 laboratory rats. All animals were divided into 3 groups: in first group, carried out CuNPs, second group - US, third – 0.05 % chlorhexidine solution. following parameters course wound process investigated: presence perifocal edema, hyperemia, exudation, secretions, fibrin, detritus, terms cleansing from purulent-necrotic tissues, appearance granulations epithelization determined. Results discussion. A detailed analysis indicators showed that combination accelerates regression local signs inflammation, leads to faster rejection stimulates granulations, ensures surfaces. Rejection tissues took place (6.3±1.3) days, CuNPs/US (2.9±0.7) control (7.1±0.7) days. observed for (7.1±1.4) (3.6±0.9) (7.4±0.9) Conclusions. combined allows shorten period has prospects application practice surgery.
