ABSTRACT
Objective: To analyze the operational management of infection control plan (ICP) for tuberculosis in hospital care settings a city with high burden disease. Methods. An analysis was conducted 37 institutions providing health services Cali, by applying tool to collect information on implementation administrative, environmental and respiratory protection measures. Additionally, program design evaluation conducted. Results: Administrative measures were not implemented 65 % institutions, primarily due absence written plans lack risk assessment. 70 failed comply measures, especially verification air flows, while well 78.
