ABSTRACT
To explore the possibility of separating and establishing clonal cell subpopulations with different metastatic phenotype from a human lung large carcinoma line (WCQH-9801), to identify difference biological molecular biology between NL9980 L9981 lines.Two sub-cell lines (NL9980 L9981) were isolated established (WCQH-9801) by single cloning techniques. The RELP, mRNA protein transcript expression detected in Southern blot, RT-PCR Western blot. characteristics vivo vitro determined MTT, plate, Boyden chamber methods animal models.(1)Two lines, which had phenotype, successfully (WCQH-9801). (2)The LOH nm23-H1 gene, deletion nm23-H1, but neither nor nm23-H1. (3)The proliferation, clone formation invastion significantly higher than those line.
