International Classification Impairments, Disability, Handicaps (ICIDH) categorized consequences diseases into three categories: impairment, disability, handicap. Using biopsychosocial model 2001 WHO defines classifies disability by using Functioning Disability Health (ICF). ICF divides function structure, activity, participation. This article aims review most important tools reliable valid assessing left stroke: National Institute Scale (NIHSS), Barthel index (BI), modified Rankin (mRS), Instrumental activities living (IADL), Glasgow outcome (GOS), Functional Independence Measure (FIM), World Organization Assessment Schedule (WHODAS 2.0).
