ABSTRACT
Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a neurodevelopment disorder caused by improper brain development or harm to the developing and underlying cause of most common motor disability in children. The clinical symptoms vary between subjects because etiology complex can affect variety anatomical structures each these lead different symptom. dysfunction often associated with sensory, perceptual, cognitive, communication behaviour impairments as well epilepsy secondary musculoskeletal disorders which have significant influence on child’s quality life, activity, participation. risk CP present infants born preterm, but children sum up less than 50% cases. factors that at term are grouped antenatal, perinatal, neonatal, some them be modified like alcohol consumption, maternal smoking, infections, others genetic factor cannot modified. classified ways depending manifestation. Throughout time classification was based type distribution anomalies, corresponded area injury. Spastic subtypes, dyskinetic ataxic subtypes three basic forms dysfunction. conditions pain, intellectual disability, speech disorder, bladder control problems, epilepsy, disorders. Early intervention thought effective treatment for CP. As soon diagnosis determined, rehabilitation should begin. earlier begins, better prospects improving functional abilities independence.
