ABSTRACT
Bearings are key components in rotating machinery, which is widely used many fields, such as CNC machines, wind turbines and induction machines. The increasingly harsh operation environment can lead to wear tear on raceways reduce the precision reliability of bearing or even machinery. Lubrication could relieve some degree, benefit prolong bearing’s life. Thus, investigation vibration responses under influence oil film great significance. However, for mechanism analysis, how include into dynamic model affects result efficiency solution. To address this problem, study proposed a fast algorithm through load distribution interpolation when calculating stiffness thickness during solution model. Analysis carried out test rig designed verify Numerical simulation shows that rotational speed have vital effect vibration, play role shock absorption. experimental consistent with simulation, has better performance modeling method considering reasonable.
