Determination of Diplotypes Associated with Meat Productivity in Cattle Breeds Common in the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

ABSTRACT
Technologies for genetic labeling of economically useful traits using polymorphic variants genes that control the rate growth and development animals make it possible to assess potential an animal immediately after birth, which significantly reduces time financial costs. This study aimed identify paired combinations hormone, hormone receptor, insulin-like factor-1 associated with meat productivity in related breeds cattle direction: Hereford, Kazakh white-headed, Aberdeen Angus, Auliekol. The materials were blood hair follicles samples born 2015, aged 18 24 months. selected from farms northern Kazakhstan equal feeding housing conditions. PCR-RFLP method was used determine genotypes animals. According results this study, associations phenotypes bGH, bGHR, bIGF-1 studied revealed.
