ABSTRACT
Introduction: One of the factors that may aggravate clinical presentation in COVID-19 is increased level antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) and thrombotic events can be seen with disease. In our retrospective study, we aimed to evaluate effect aPLs on findings patients a diagnosis COVID-19.
 Methodology: Seventy-three diagnosed examined for were included study. Patients divided into two groups according test results aPLs. Clinical laboratory parameters compared both reveal whether there was any difference between groups.
 Results: There 15 positive test. Dyspnea, nausea, vomiting, myalgia, abdominal pain significantly higher group than those negative The duration hospital stays need oxygen therapy group.
