ABSTRACT
The present study aimed to identify potential anticancer effects of Cucurbitacin I regulators on cell growth human non‑small lung cancer (NSCLC) and explore their mechanism. results indicated that the markedly attenuated proliferation, induced apoptosis in NSCLC. Furthermore, suppressed phosphatidylinositol‑4,5‑bisphosphate 3‑kinase (PI3K), phosphorylation (p)‑AKT p‑p70S6K pathway Then, (PI3K) inhibitor increased In conclusion, inhibited NSCLC through PI3K/AKT/p70S6K signaling pathway.
