ABSTRACT
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality an important public health problem globally, but the mechanism CHD still complex unclear. The purpose current study was to explore underlying using high‑throughput technology. participants were patients with coronary angiography (CAG)‑proven severity artery stenosis. Patients divided into control test group based on specific inclusion criteria, data collected regarding results routine inspection Gensini score (GS). We explored integration circular RNA (circRNA)‑microRNA (miRNA) data. Through expression circRNA‑miRNA, we discovered total 110 circRNAs be differentially expressed in two groups. Of these, 73 upregulated 37 downregulated (fold ≥2.0 P<0.05). Among 18 miRNAs, 13 5 Enrichment analysis showed that participate variety development processes, biological molecular functions, cellular components, pathways (P<0.05). may closely related up‑ or circRNA miRNA co‑expression circRNA‑miRNA specifically involved regulate multiple processes.
